RULES AND REGULATIONS
- 1. Any Indian citizen can apply for registration having basic education of SSC and above.
- 2. A person applying must submit her residential proof. All xerox copies must be attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal / Judge / Magistrate or any genuine authority. The photograph must match with the photo identity submitted with us (e.g., Aadhaar card / Election card).
- 3. Nutrition course attendees should avoid taking any serious cases, and if the situation arises, the patient must be transferred/admitted to a hospital immediately.
- 4. A person who has applied for registration must be working in her field honestly and sincerely.
- a) Nutritionists cannot prescribe any Ayurveda / Homeopathy / Unani / Allopathic medicine to any patient coming for treatment.
- b) Practice as a Nutritionist or Dietitian can only be done if the candidate has completed a Diploma and internship in Nutrition.
- 5. The registered person must adopt, abide by, and implement the rules and regulations of Jasmine Institute, Telangana.
General Rules and Regulations:
- 1. Respect and Dignity: Treat all participants, staff, and guests with respect, promoting an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
- 2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for classes, workshops, and events to maximize learning opportunities.
- 3. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory unless otherwise specified. Notify in advance for any absences or delays.
- 4. Code of Conduct: Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions within the institute's meetings and sessions.
- 5. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow participants and staff. Do not disclose personal information shared during sessions.
- 6. Use of Facilities: Use institute resources responsibly. All content and PDF notes are copyrighted.
- 7. Dress Code: Maintain a neat and appropriate appearance conducive to a learning environment.
Academic Rules:
- 1. Homework and Assignments: Complete assignments on time and to the best of your ability.
- 2. Examinations: Prepare adequately for tests and examinations. No cheating or plagiarism will be tolerated.
- 3. Progress Evaluation: Participate actively in assessments and evaluations designed to measure learning progress.
- 4. Academic Integrity: Uphold academic honesty at all times. Plagiarism or cheating in any form will result in disciplinary action.
Interaction and Communication:
- 1. Communication Channels: Utilize designated communication channels for inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- 2. Social Media Use: Represent the institute positively on social media. Respect confidentiality and privacy concerns.
Disciplinary Actions:
- 1. Breach of Rules: Violations of rules and regulations will result in disciplinary actions, which may include warnings, probation, or expulsion.
- 2. Appeals: Participants have the right to appeal disciplinary actions through a defined process.

- 1. Tagline Adherence: Align behaviors and actions with the institute's tagline: "Empowering Women, Transforming Lives."
- 2. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to contribute to the institute's ongoing development.
